We have two types of offerings: À La Carte Services and Comprehensive Coaching Programs

A LA CARTE SERVICES

Not every woman needs a full package which is why we offer a range of “À La Carte” services so that you can choose the services that will best meet your needs. These services are available by phone nationwide and in person in New York City only.

Résumé Critique … 1 hour … $95 Get your resume updated and refreshed to include your savviest skills and experience.

Goal Setting Session … 1 hour … $195 Are you re-entering the world of work after taking time out? Do you want to make a career change but not sure where to start or what opportunities are out there?

Interviewing Skills … 1 hour … $250 Prepare for an upcoming interview or brush up on your interviewing skills including direct and behavior based questions.

Cover Letter/Thank-You notes … 1 hour … $100 These additional pieces of communication are just as important as your resume, and should not be overlooked. A good cover letter will get your resume read; a bad one will land your resume in the garbage. Thank you notes are also a vital part of the process, especially if you want the position.

Targeted Job Search Strategies … 2 hours … $350 Job searching is a process. Start off on the right foot and get yourself connected to the position/industry that you are striving for.

Research and Networking Strategies … 1 hour … $195 Are you at a loss on how to find that ideal position? The power of research and networking goes a long way. The best way to land your ideal position is through networking, so start developing or brushing up on those skills.

Negotiation …1 hour … $195 (additional hours on same topic $150) Practice asking for that raise or negotiating for your new position; there are more factors to negotiate than just salary. Be sure that you are ready to tackle this challenge with confidence and ease.

Additional Services

Resume Development/Overhaul $200 Create a powerful resume that highlights your skills and experience. This is excellent for women who do not have a resume or need to revamp their resume as well as career changers that are in need of a complete overhaul.

Career/Personal Assessments $200 What motivates you? What are you good at? Career assessments are a powerful way to help you get answers to those questions, as well as help identify possible career paths and opportunities.

COMPREHENSIVE CAREER COACHING SOLUTION:

For the woman who would benefit from a range of coaching direction and guidance throughout the job search process, we offer a comprehensive program to address her needs.

Advance materials required for review by Women For Hire coaching staff prior to start of session: Résumé, cover letter, and completion of proprietary questionnaire detailing career challenges, concerns, and goals

Length of direct time with coach: Five hours (10 sessions at 30 minutes each) in the course of 4 to 6 weeks.

Topics/Issues addressed:

• Critique of resume and cover letter—ongoing writing/revisions as needed
• Assessment of skills, experience and interests
• Candid and constructive feedback on potential mistakes you might be making
• Strategies for strengthening your job search activities
• Suggested proactive tactics for developing meaningful job leads
• Interview preparation—ongoing based on specific interviews
• Strategies for starting and/or growing a valuable network
• Tactics for maximizing networking contacts
• Writing thank-you letters with impact
• Building and maintaining confidence as a jobseeker
• Staying top-of-mind throughout the interview process
• Solutions for acing follow-up interviews
• Negotiation of salary and benefits

Email contact with coach: Multiple email exchanges as warranted throughout process to review document revisions (resumes, cover letters, thank you notes); Pep talks to build confidence throughout the process; Motivating reminders to keep client on track.

Homework for client: Ongoing action items assigned after every conversation/interaction.

Bonus services: Appropriate contact information, where available, of relevant potential employers from Women For Hire's proprietary database. Email exchanges with Women For Hire CEO Tory Johnson, in addition to the above contact with your designated Women For Hire coach.

Fee: $2,500 total package

Women For Hire employs a small group of career coaches who have worked with us and coached candidates to achieve their goals. This enables us to maintain a streamlined focus on recommended strategies and tactics for each of our clients.

Our coaches are all experienced HR professionals who have had direct involvement in the recruitment and hiring process. They know first-hand why certain people get hired and others don’t. They know the qualities of successful candidates and they are able to spot and prevent pitfalls before they occur. Our coaches have walked the walk—they aren’t just those who have studied textbook theories on what it takes to secure a great job or those who’ve decided that it’d be fun to be a coach. Women For Hire coaches come armed with having coached candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process.

All of our coaching strategies are rooted in MAKE IT HAPPEN NOW advice to help our clients move forward in the hiring process as quickly as possible.

Tory Johnson, Women For Hire’s CEO, takes an active role in assigning coaches whose strengths and experiences mirror our clients' needs. Because of the increased demand for services, Tory is not available for individual coaching session at this time; however, she does partner with our coaches to work directly with our clients.
